I know several already off the top of my head...

LL-2A 1 1/4"
LL-2B 2 3/8"

I can't find mine right now, but the Estes 1974 Parts Catalog should have them all.

Parts catalog didn't help. It only had LL-2A through 2D. I need the LL-1 series.

From the 1964 catalog:

LL-1A................1 1/4"
LL-1B................2 3/8"
LL-1C................5"

Hope this is what you need.

Yes, That's what I was wondering. The 2x series are just renamed 1x series lugs. I looked in a 1968 catalog but didn't go all the way back to 1964. I'm assuming they are mylar lugs, not "soda straws" as mentioned in the catalog.

Thanks!

LL-1C................5"Where'd you find those, Joe? What page? I went thru my 64 catalog (scanned) over and over, and all I could find was a mention of LL-1C in a designer's special package. Maybe my copy (from ninfinger) is missing some pages

Doug

Okay, I finally found them on page 42.

The lugs that were sold by mail order by Estes in 1964 were lengths of soda straws, as mentioned in their catalog. They even suggest the reader get a lifetime supply at his or her soda shoppe for 25 cents! I have a few old rockets, including a two-stage Pee Wee (modified for parachute recovery) with these soda straw lugs. They were slightly larger in diameter than the regular Estes lug that we all know, and were printed with jagged stripes in two colors. They were thinner and much less durable than the regular Estes lug.
