Index Thread Revision

I'm going to do some revision to the Index thread this week. The "S" group has hit an internal limitation in the forum software of exceeding 10,000 characters in a single message. What I will do is break the "S" group into two smaller groups, "Sa-Sn" and "So-Sz", which should ease the restriction a bit.

The index has now been updated. I broke the "S" group into two, "Sa - So", and "Sp - Sz". This seemed like the best place to divide the large number of entries we have in this group. Unless we start seeing a bunch of new "S" named designs, the next group to be split might be "M".

As each index update is posted, I will delete the old version to keep the confusion down.
