Need a new idea for RG?

I wonder if a scale model would retain its "soft le bang sonique" characteristic? If so, a sufficiently-strongly-built scale RG, fitted with a sufficiently-powerful motor (or motors), could give an FSI Sonic Dart-type ascent, with a glide recovery descent (which could be quite fast and exciting, especially if radio control was used...).
Interestingly, that aircraft is somewhat reminiscent of the Soviet Tu-22 Blinder supersonic (Mach 1.42) jet bomber (which might also have RG potential, see: http://www.google.com/search?source...1.0.XhLCI6VN3Nc ). I wonder if Tupolev is involved in this aircraft project in any capacity (they designed a supersonic business jet a few years ago)?
