Last Week's Launch

5 Attachment(s)
Last week I launched with the Scouts with whom I did the Space Exploration MB. I have wanted to post pictures but they are in still another leader's camera. When they're available I will post them.

I just wanted to mention a few of mine that were launched that day with the hope that action shots will be available shortly.

~ The first was a salvage project (the original met with disastrous results). It is a 2" mailing tube with a 24mm MMT. It flew nice on a D12-5. I will probably make up some Green Max decals for it soon.

~ My BT-50 downscale of the Sentinel flew twice on C6-5's. It was great, flying well out of sight for a time but recovered.

~ I modified my Gauchito to use 18mm motors and painted and renamed it in a Brazilian scheme. The Vaqueiro flew twice on C6-5's as well. This was one effort towards silencing the constant refrain, "Add nose weight!" It flew straight as an arrow both times with no modification other than the MMT.

~ The two stage Max flew like a champion on a C6-0 to C6-5 combo.

~ The last was my upscaled Israeli Gabriel. It was awesome on the D12. It popped a fin before I could try an E9.

The build and launch of the Gabriel and the launch with the Scouts will be entries in the EMRR contest.
