Nice report, as usual, and good for you to get those kids involved. That Super Star is a really nice looking little rocket. And I really like your paint job. I think I'll build one this winter (I have the plans around here somewhere).

Hey, Mo,
Thanks,
The plans for the Super Star can also be found on YORP under the MPC banner. Cool little rocket.

Just went in to YORP and perused the Super Star plans. What a nice little rocket! Definitely going to build one now. I wonder how hard it would be to find an original kit...........

I imagine finding an original kit would be fairly difficult these days.
If you do build one, an Estes PNC-5AW nose cone will work OK. It's a bit shorter than the original, but it'll do unless you want to turn your own.

Semroc has the t15 nose cone. Quest has the t 15 tube. You could also use the t5+ tube if e rockets still carries it.

By the way the tubes you get from Quest now are wonderful much like the old MPC tubes.
