Sounds like once the combined PDF is ready it will be available to download from the Scale Modeling page of the competition section. This is on the public part of the site (no membership or login required) to meet Peter's wish that the information be free for anyone to have.
Thanks to David for putting in the work to scan the book, and thanks for Peter for allowing it to be posted.

Everything is agreed to. I just have to get the pdf file to him, once I've recovered from NARAM.
I think it was on this thread that I mentioned "The First Seven Centuries of Rocketry," a 42-page booklet with scale data on 18 rockets from 1350 to 1916. I promised to give an update after NARAM, so here it is: I sold about 40 copies at NARAM, and now NARTS has 20 copies and eRockets has 12 copies. You can keep an eye on their sites for when they become available. I have a handful of copies to sell at local events, but I'm not doing mail order.
