Estes could do a port-burning F as well with their 29mm case.
If Centuri/Coaster could make a 29mm F97 back in 1965, Estes surely could do it now with modern safer manufacturing techniques. For that matter, if an F97 was not a "high power" motor then, it should not be now.
Not doing so is nothing but BS excuses, especially the one of "the B14 won't sell".
We all know what excuses are like; we all have one and they all STINK.
The NFPA has no business defining what average thrust constitutes a HPR motor.
