Try to keep some perspective on it.
This is not a scale model for competition. If some dimensions don't come out perfectly that's OK. You are the final judge.
Honestly, nobody would notice unless you tell them.
And if they do notice and tell you well, that's just rude. 
Me, I love upscales!
