I ordered a set of injection molded fins. I might add through-the-wall tabs to them; just 1/4", enough to protrude to the inner side of the tube, so I can add epoxy fillets.

On the Little Joe II build threads (either here or on TRF, I don't remember which) George or James illustrate using a dowel sandwiched between the fin halves to form a tab to glue into the body. I thought that rather clever.

I have a set of the Saturn V fins and like pictured on the Estes site, they are two halves glued together like LJII so adding a tab should be straight forward.
