It was listed by a Chinese seller that seems to have disappeared.

These have been showing up frequently over the last month. Chinese scammer, with zero feedback, only an ebay member for a day or two, copies a recent listing of something that sold for over $100, prices it aroung $15. Buyer gets all excited thinking someone has mis-listed it and pulls the trigger on the buy-it-now. "Seller" takes in $15, sweeps their paypal account and moves on. By the time ebay catches it they've moved on. Do this 20 or 30 times a day in a variety of categories and you can make a fair amount of money.
As soon as I see one of these listed these days I use the "report item" to report it. Ebay is obviously paying attention because they are usually gone within an hour or two.
