24mm. D12 booster and C11 through E sustainer.

Per DeWalt's request, I'll scan the patterns tonight and post them here.

Most likely it will have a flight profile very similar to the Astron Omega.
Possibly a bit higher due to the drag-reduction of having the booster fins fitted together on this design.
The last Astron Omega I built, I put "E" length mounts in both the booster and upper stage. I bought some E12-0 motors for the booster, but have not yet flown it.

Well, you make a good point about larger fins. I am also working on a Mini Honest John. Since it's the M50 version, it has smaller fins, and it's a little kit to begin with. Being a glutton for punishment, I am hand sanding the diamond airfoil on the fins. Those fins are so little its hard to hold them still while sanding!

Per DeWalt's request, here is the fin pattern for the 2.25X upscale. The booster tube is 3.3" long and the sustainer is 19.25. I create a decal file when it gets closer to painting season here in Michigan.

Rocksim file for the Argus IV. The fins are close, but I would just blow up the original plans if you're going to build one yourself.

Just a tip for the Beta upscale. Just like the regular size Beta, you can be as careful as you want when cutting out the fins, when you go to glue them on they won't mate cleanly without trimming the booster fins here and there.

I glued all the sustainer fins first. The connected the booster tube nad did a test fin of all the booster to sustainer fins to see if any were close. Yay! One was. ^_^ I really didn't have to trim much off the other two to get a good clean fit, but it's worth it to take the time and adjust the fit.
