Default Body Tubes

Carl,

I'll ask this here to let others have a chance to chime in...

Has there been any serious interest in the HBT-1090 size, for making clones of anything which used it?

#2067 Delta Clipper comes to mind but it's way down the list of things to clone .....

I figured when I got to it I'd just get a SEMROC arcon-HI and bash it up a bit since the 1.04" tubing is so close in size.

As Steve said, what compelling designs have been made with HBT-1090? OK, there's the Delta Clipper, and ...?

True, the difference between HBT-1090 and ST-10 is 5 hundredths of an inch, which, when you divide by 2, is barely visible at all in the tube wall. OTOH, Semroc does sell BT-51 AND BT-52.

That's not really a great comparison, Mark...

Both of those tube sizes are extremely important!
