Chris, thanks for the pics.
Where is this located? I "Lived in DC" for years and never saw it at either of the two Areospace Museums. I made it to South Attleboro on Thursday. Thanksgiving dinner in R.I. Attached are the latest pics. Also the apparenly newer MASH 4077th Helicopter opposite it. Semper Fi. Art |

Nope. "Files too large" message. Limit appears to be 400 something K Mine are 600 something k I'll see if I can 'downsize' them. |

Ye Olde Dude...
Actually, I'm a once upon a time R/C Scale WW-II flier myself.
Now I just build the equivalent of Guillow Large Scale planes. Currently doing their P-38 Lightning for my VFW in Peabody. After that comes their B-17G, another of Guillow's Large Scale models. I actually still have 'parts' lying aroung the house from past victories and losses. (The P-51 that nosed DOWN through the roof of the Winebago in Revere) Or the plans for the B-25J out on the front porch with the 12 foot wingspan. yikes. |
