Default A visit to the Weather Tech factory store.

This a.m. it was too foggy to paint, so I schlepped down to the Weather Tech factory store in Bolingbrook, IL to get some new floor liners for "The Vixen's" Jeep. I wasn't expecting the store to be THIS cool!

There's a nice little museum inside the store. I'd forgotten that Porsche had made tractors also. I believe Lamborghini may have also. The Ducati motorbikes were some serious eye candy! I'd never heard of a Vincent (English) motorbike.

Free coffee and pastries!

Did you visit the Lucas Electric wing? Or did they have the lights out again? <vbg>

Thanks for sharing the pics

Ah yes! Lucas Electric! The “inventor of darkness”. In the early 70’s my brother had a Norton with Lucas. IIRC it was positive ground. What a disaster!

The Vincent Black Shadow was the world's fastest motorcycle in the late 40's-early 50's. Norton and Triumph are the most well known British bikes, but Vincent and BSA bikes were fairly popular at one time too.

If we're going to get that deep we have to include Royal Enfield, but I imagine India has built way more of them than England ever did.

Every time I drive by on I55, it seems like WT is building another building. These guys seem to be doing great.
