think the bottles can generally take up to 140 psi before venturing into the dangerous range...I recall reading about an rc jumbo jet that used a 2l bottle air tank to run the landing gear, the flyers dropped the 'tank' pressure from 160 psi down to 140 after having one burst in flight.
