Default Return to B6-4 Field

http://wallyum.blogspot.com/

14 flights yesterday, with almost zero tragedy.
Nah, you know I'll have some drama in there somewhere.

Read through the blog again while ago. Did you holler out, " He's on me tight! I can't shake him!" when the X-Wing went down?

Great report from the B6-4 field.
I do reports on my solo launches on the blog and wonder if people read through them or skip over it. I always read others launch copy and check out the pictures.

I'm right there with you, launch controller in the left hand (holding down the safety key and pressing the button) and camera in burst mode in the right.
It took concentration to get it coordinated the first few times.

I read every one. I even went back and hit the ones I missed. Never know when someone is going to fly something you never see on the range.
As for launching, I'm not sure coordination enters into it with me. I'm forever reminding myself that the camera has to go first. I did get a bit of good news on that front on Sunday. The lens booger that I was dealing with for the first few months of this year seems to have disappeared. The camera still works when it wants to, which explains why I missed any Papa Blink or Estes Pulsar launch shots, but at least the pics don't HAVE to be cropped.

Great blog entry Bill! And yes, Chris, I do read your launch posts - one of the best parts about your blog.

I have a couple of X-Wings; actually built one once and flew it, with similar results. The thing may look nice, but it flies like a pig.

I think Chris can testify pigs fly better.
