Default At long last....

Alrighty folks, just so you don't think I have been picking your brains and just setting about on my hands, here is a pic of the 3 birds I have completed, a Comet, all dressed up in patriotic colors, a freshly painted and decaled Drifter, and last but not least, the Excalibur. Not to shabby for an old guy that made a living outta blowin' stuff up, eh? And I swear, I haven't affixed any warheads to any of them..... so far.... LOL

Nice! I remember my Drifter -- loved the looks of that rocket. But, it didn't last long, its maiden flight used the 24" chute. Bye, bye ... I think it drifted to the next state over. Aptly named rocket, for sure.

LOL, I'll bet they thought they were being invaded by aliens I think I will downsize my chute for the first launch at least. Hopefully, tomorrow I will get some of these birds back in the clouds! Have a safe and happy Memorial Day weekend.

Thanks, the rivet courses on the Excalibur were a pain in the butt, but the end results were well worth it. I want to try the Dragon Ship 7 sometime in the near future. School starts back up very soon, then it will be study a bit, build a bit, and a little "Led for tha head" Be safe.

You have a good choice in hobbies, and music.

One of my favorite sayings, "why waltz, when you can rock n' roll!" I listen to all types of music, but listening to Zep is like comin' home

Studying is what happens when the glue is drying.

No, no... talkin' 'bout big kids school stuff! I finally decided to get a degree after years of just getting by. Going for Network Security, and hopefully a decent job after that..... gotta pay for my "rocket habit" lol
