Default Unmanned plane flies away!

An unmanned plane took off in high winds. This is why you always tie down your aircraft when it's windy.

Almost seems like that was staged. The surveillance camera just happened to be centered and zoomed into the plane. The elevator looked like it was at full deflection. Unless the yoke was pulled back and secured, the elevator would self center in the wind. Even with the trim adjusted all the way, it wouldn't deflect that much.
