Default Flis Saturn 1b

I thought I would post some pictures of my recent Flis Saturn 1b...its a cool little kit! She stands a little over 9 inches tall....fun build of a cool rocket! The build thread is on the other Forum.

couple more....its a neat kit. Lot of detail built into her....kit allows you to build on different levels of difficulty. Tower is small....1/2 inch tall and consists of 46 parts!

thanks DWM....its a really neat little kit.....a ton of detail that can be included per the instructions...gives you the option to fly with over sized fins or add nose weight and fly with the scale fins. I have not flown her yet....I think she stands about 9.5" tall when all done.

That turned out awesome! I built one but didn't do the intricate tower work. I don't remember the wraps being part of the kit or instructions, did I miss something? I didn't add any nose weight and built the extra fins for flight and it is a great flier. I flew mine on A3-4ts.
I just picked up the Semroc 1B kit, and am looking forward to building the bigger version.

I liked the kit so much I bought another one..I am kicking around the idea of making the Apollo 7 version..with the alternating black and white tanks....

thanks John...I made Al Bean's SA-207...the decals that come with the kit are of excellent quality...they allow you to make SA-201, SA-205 (black tank versions) and SA-207 and SA-209 (white tank versions)
