You, Carl, and the entire staff at the Semroc "re-launch" back many years ago represented the BEST in an entire industry. Most ALL corporations would do themselves a service by following "Your Book" regarding business practices.

It's just that Tim very MUCH has the attitude that unless you're one of his "most valuable customers" you're just not worth the extra time and effort. At Semroc, yall busted yer butts to get everything out right and in record time on EVERY order, whether it was for a boatload of stuff or just a few low-cost items--- or whether the customer in question ordered every month or once a year.... It's the difference between being in it "for the money" and being in it "for the love of the hobby". (Not that making money isn't important, but it's not the ONLY thing...) Later! OL J R
