GH, you need to take a chill pill. Maybe a whole bottle of them.
I'm working with five kids, all at once; I don't want to deal with the issues of using epoxy while trying to herd them all in the same direction. And regarding transporting rockets lying down... I don't. I have a rack I made specifically so I would not have to do that.

Solo-
I was not suggesting you have KIDS use epoxy. I did start safely using epoxy and X-Acto knives at age 7, but nowadays that would honestly be ridiculous due to lacking developed ability of most kids now. It was a commentary on how I prevent bent fin alignment in hot sun as well as never breaking fins. For filleting without epoxy, I find that white (Elmers) glue works better with less 'pinholes' compared to Aliphatic Resin types unless the Aliphatic is applied very thin in about 3 coats. Regardless of filleting glue, on LPR and MPR I always attach the fins using original Titebond.

I can attest to their lack of manual skills when I started two years ago; they have improved a lot. And I do let them use X-Acto knives; blood washes out of the carpet, but epoxy never will. SO you see my point. Quote:
I filleted the fins of mine with Elmer's Wood Glue, as usual. I have a bottle which is somehow thicker and a little grainier than the other two, and I have used it with good results (so thicker rather than thinner, go figure). If I had done a 4x18 upgrade (i.e. built it just for myself), I'd have used epoxy for fillets. Quote:
I've actually never used Titebond. I like the behavior of Elmer's wood glue, so I (ahem) stick with it.

Lot's O glue here...
I've tried many and all types of glue.
It depends upon the job at hand. Y'all have seen the Brighton launch photo from NARAM with the CTI H90 back in '12. It either had a short delay (my fault) or a drag separation. Regardless, the lower section fluttered to the ground with no damage. The model was built with Titebond. Bob p.s. have used Sig-Bond for the past 3 or so years with good results.
