Looks good - I kinda like Thrush for a name. Keeping with the automotive names, I guess if you leave the hook, you could call it Hooker.

That's a recovery option for flying near power lines.

If it catches the right line, it's a death hook.

Oh, didn't see that coming.
Well, if that's the case, perhaps a name like "High Voltage Sphincter-Winking Livewire Laxative" would be more appropriate.

I've been thinking about the name Mace after reading this. I like it. A lot. Kinda changes my thought pattern on the paint, too.

Pretty cool! In keeping with the 'mace' theme foamy mention, how about 'Skull Crusher'

The attitude presented in that first photo gives it a sort of SR-71 Blackbird look, at least reminiscent of one. Maybe you could come up some names along those lines...

But name calling aside, it's a great build Bill. Hope you sort out the creative differences in the Art Department soon; it looks to be coming along just fine, and can't wait to see the final livery.

Thanks. I think the problem is that my art department is the little box of crayons, and I need at least a medium box. Sure would like one with a sharpener one day.
Good news is that I found my 5055 centering rings, so the motor mount is drying as I type. Not much chance of flying this weekend, at least based on the weather forecast, so it's quite possible that I'll be able to get it done before my Cleveland trip.
