Default Attached Thumbnails?

How do you include the "attached thumbnails" in posts? I can't find anything on that.

When you are creating a post scroll below the text window and you will see a frame titled "Additional Options". In there is a button for managing attachments. LTVScout has it set up so you can attach or upload five files to your post. When you upload a photo there is a thumbnail created that is embedded in your message that links to the full size image.

Another way to include an image is to use the Insert Image tag. This should only be used for images you are hosting on a webserver. Linking images that don't below to you is called leeching. It's bad form since you're not only taking someone's image but also their bandwidth everytime it is loaded.

That probably explains why the image I linked to in one of my posts stopped showing.
