I think this one should have been left out there for us to refer anyone to that wants to know what sort of attitude this "business" person was dishing out to a customer.

If that's the case, then maybe her "My Rant" post should be removed too. That's a lot of blanket coverage accusations in that little post along with some personal jabs. Leaving it without the original Comet79 thread to see the other side doesn't seem quite right.
