Some pictures I am working on for my art showing. Now I am just looking for a gallery. Some are still a work in progress.

Hi Shrox, cool stuff—particularly if you're a Strar Trek person. What's the theme that you have going on here (specifically)? I see the Enterprise juxtaposed against like (but unlikely) scenes in different scenarios/timelines. What's your thought(s) here?
Looking for a gallery? How do you go about that? How do you convince a gallery that your work is worth their time, trouble and expense? That it will sell? You're going to have to frame all of your work, correct? How many original pieces do you expect to have to produce for a show? How do you think the fact that your work is digital will affect finding a gallery and what effect will it have on potential sales? Do you make or have any guarantee of exclusivity (of a particular piece)? Numbered editions? You know what I'm trying to ask. What is it that is going to add value for a collector? Or, is that not a consideration? How are they going to be produced and on what kind of medium? Sorry about the quizz, but these are questions I've wondered about myself and I'm curious to know how someone (or, at least you) goes about it. You've obviously thought about it and have some notion of how to approach it. In any event—my best wishes for your success. Cheers!

Thank you. It's pretty simple actually, they have monthly art walks here, and places look for new stuff to show. It's just stuff to look at. If someone wants to buy a print, I will not object. |

Well heck. I over thought that one. I was thinking along the lines of a gallery sponsored show/event for a single artist. The fact that you can show good work just for the sake of showing never entered my feeble mind. What a concept. I like that.
You'll find a gallery—I have no doubt.

Those are gorgeous. Love especially the ST/2001 crossover and the scene from "Catspaw".

Very nice! A city large enough to have a real art museum will know about all such local things as sidewalk shows, etc. Some universities have them as well. You may have missed your true calling. I'll keep you in mind for my next book cover. Randy www.vernarockets.com https://www.facebook.com/RocketBabeDustStorm |

Shoulda done a vote on who likes which the best. My fave is the Enterprise floating over the Enterprise. That is the Enterprise? I can't see a CVN.
Now, is the Sun rising or setting?
