Default Apogee and Rocksim

Trying to download this program (already paid). Anyone having problems with insanely slow transfer speeds? I started a 29MB download and after 2 hours only 3 MB had been transferred. Everything else on my computer (and internet) is lightning speed. Apogee is obviously WAY behind with keeping up with bandwidth issues. I know they have the money...

This is a post from Facebook:

"The slow web problem should be fixed! Downloads seem to be working again as well. Required a hardware change by the Internet company to the server."

Kevin,

Have you called Apogee and talked directly to Tim about it?

Apogee has great customer service and they always answer the phone during business hours.

from Apogee's FB page

"If you have been trying to download the purchased version of RockSim, please revisit the link you were given.
There is now an alternate site (on a different server) from you to download from - see the alternate link on the page for more info.
The RockSim Demo will hopefully be updated later today."
