Default Anybody know what this is??

I got a query from a friend a few days ago asking help with identifying a model. The picture was on eBay with a Designer's Special....but clearly this is a set of kit instructions. The thing is, we can't quite figure out what kit it is. Anybody know?

Here's a crop of the image:

Not a kit.
Set of parts for a DOM design.

Having a little trouble reading the plan name...is it "Quazar"?

Definitely looks like an MRN DOM plan to me...but it's not appearing in any of my MRN's (and I've got a lot of 'em). Anybody else have their MRN plans in a searchable database?

DWolman might know. He has the kit plan listed on an old thread:

Very interesting. Plan is definitely Estes. But it looks... somewhat... like the North Coast Quasar NG, and less like the Estes Quasar of old.

I think it says "Quazar" with a z....and the only hit I got on "Estes Quazar" was the 2006 post that BARGeezer links to above.
