Default Has anyone shopped Rider's Hobby Shop

Has anyone here shopped at Rider's Hobby Shop? They seem to have some really good prices on rocket kits and rocket motors. I've never heard of them before. I found them by doing a Google search for a specific Estes model rocket kit.

If you would, please let me know what you think about them. Good, bad or indifferent.

Thanks,
David

I have placed multiple orders with Rider Hobby. Never any problems and like you say pretty good prices on some things.

I especially liked the fact they had the 1/2 A3's in a bulk pack at a great price, all my insects were grateful.

I have to give them a thumbs up.

Rider's is my local brick-and-mortar hobby shop.
I think they only have two locations left.
Flint and Lansing.
They used to have six locations.
Their in-store prices are ridiculously high at almost full retail.
Due to this I almost always shop at The Prop Shop in Warren and Nankin Hobby in Farmington.
In the store, Rider's carries no rocket motors larger than a D12; I buy most rocket motors at Hobby Lobby or online.

Is that the one masquerading as a hardware store? I left behind a bunch of money there a couple of years ago.
