As soon as I read your post, I started hearing in my head the chorus from an old Carly Simon hit ... I would not expect Carl to leak any information out this far in advance of NARAM, though. We'll just have to wait and see, I guess. (He's keeping us wai-ai-ai-ai-ai-ting... )

I was thinking about the Kinks, but I am more chronologically gifted than many here!

Sheryl complains that I keep her in the dark about what we are going to release at each major event. She really wants to know before we start packing.

xKits ...

Bob,

I heard a rumor Carl really wants to retire the YORF logo rockets again.

But it might just be a vicious rumor.

xKits ...

Well...not by all that much. I remember when "Tired of Waiting" was a hit, and I think I saw that performance. (Was it on Hullaballoo?)

Anyway, I'm "Sitting, Waiting, Wishing"

Sometimes I tell myself "Don't Wait"...

...but mostly I'm just "Waiting"

(Of course, we all know that the waiting is the hardest part...)

The Golden Scout project has kept us all busy here, but we have seven of our new xKits ready for NARAM-50. I will send an email and a post tomorrow for everyone else.

We are releasing a new Groonie called the Geehod. In the same "politically incorrect" vein as the early Goonies, it is going to be controversal. But, Mad Magazine could not have thought up such stuff as the "Geehod" term that I keep hearing. We did not have a phrase on the farm that even came close to "Geehoding" somebody.

We had two more kits that we were REALLY trying to have ready, but it is less than a week to go.

Carl,

I have no problem with "politically incorrect" rocket models.

The question is: Do I order all the new kits now and have them waiting for me at home when I return from NARAM-50 OR buy them at NARAM?

Decisions, decisions...

Bob

Carl forgot to mention that the xkits are not numbered. If/When we redo them with our own instructions they will be numbered.

I LIKE it!!!

Although, personally, I would change the bomb decal to say "Taliban."

That's OK. I'll wait until you get back.
