I just now saw this thread. That's my favorite shuttle as well. Glad to see someone reviving it. I have one mint in plastic waiting for my oldest grandson to get just a bit bigger before we crack it open.
I still occasionally fly my original shuttle at club launches. There's a photo on our website. Randy www.vernarockets.com http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00HHJHOK6 https://www.facebook.com/RocketBabeDustStorm |

Are you still having problems downloading? I just tested it again myself without any issues. |

Has anyone had any luck finding a nose cone for this rocket?
Has anyone had any luck finding a nose cone for this rocket?
The documentation that I've found says that the original cone was a PNC-160. Semroc used to carry a balsa version of this and Sirius Moldin Oldies site has it listed but has shown their version of it as sold out for months now. Centuri catalogs have the PNC-160 listed as 2.5 inches long similar to a Bertha cone but a Bertha cone just doesn't look the same. Any help is greatly appreciated! |

I think a Big Bertha cone will work.
