Did you get a ship email or did they just show up?

Ship email with tracking, took 6 days. I have to think because of when I ordered they shipped the first day.
Did you check junk/spam folders? |

Yep - I got nothing. What bothers me is that when I communicated with Aerotech about my order, they did not give a ship date, even though the Q-Jets were shipping. Usually a vendor will say something to the effect "It'll ship in xx days" but nada from them.
I'll call tomorrow, though the customer service lady always sounds irritated. To some, no big deal. But I am getting old, and would like to get in as many launches as I can, especially given my eyesight is messed up.

Last week I missed a step at Fort Moultrie and my knee has been a mess ever since. We have a launch scheduled for Saturday at a field I've never flown on before. That, combined with my huge unflown backlog, is going to mean I go even if I occasionally have to crawl back in from the recovery trek. Hopefully your issue is just a prescription issue. Having glasses made golf and rocketry easier on me. (Given the choice, I'd take rocketry every time.)

Unfortunately, no. I had some sort of eye infection that damaged my right retina; the damage is progressive, which means at some point I will have to have surgery - of the poke holes in eyeball kind. Not looking forward to that.
Sorry about your knee - hopefully it won’t interfere with your flying too much. I hope to get in some flights Memorial Day weekend, weather permitting. I am pleased to see that you have your priorities straight

It helps that my baseball swing didn't translate well to golf clubs.

I'm sure they considered this, but is the ejection canister end small enough to fit thru an Estes engine block? |

This weekend is LDRS.
Next weekend is NSL. From my time with AeroTech I can state that this is a VERY busy time for the company. They are filling dealer orders for HPR motors. The fact that they are also shipping the Quest Q-Jet motors demonstrates AeroTech/Quest seems to have their processes under control. I, too, am awaiting a shipment of the new Q-Jet motors. I put my order in much later so I don't expect them right away. Once delivery of motors for LDRS and NSL are completed I expect a much more focused effort on the LPR/MPR motor lines by AeroTech/Quest.

There are only 5000 people in the whole of HPR.
