Default Even with your mouth closed, your face be yellin' "UGLY!"

This is a project that I just finished tonight. Is it just me, or should this one be placed alongside the SDI Satellite on the Parthenon of Ugly?

It's not one that I'd consider prominently displaying, like a Sat 1B, or V; but it's certainly not the worst I've seen. Not sure what is, at this moment, but I'll find it...

Whatever it is...

I just wonder what they were thinking. I know this wasn't the only rocket to use this cone, but what if it was the first?

I believe the first kit to use that nose cone was the Mach-2 (#1379).

I thought it might have been the Scud-B. (1340) Both FINE looking birds, but they don't make me think of clowns and calliope music when I see them.

Bill,

You are correct!

I forgot about the Scud-B.

I never picked up a Scud kit but I have a Mach-2 (I think... )

The Scud is not a bad looking scale bird, but I don't really care for what it stands for. (Spoken by one who has built a V-2. How's that work?)
