Just on the random chance you are serious, Trip Barber has arranged for the President to meet with TARC participants at least twice I am aware of. This is a very big deal.

There is one way the President could wield his executive power to assist us. Have the DOT recognize in reality what their regulations state already, that propellants below a certain ambient burning rate is not subject to HMR at all. There was an actual DOT test and report that recommended it so it is not a lark either. It is a serious proposal that may best be done by an otherwise "lame duck" President since no congressional approval would be needed.

Imagine this in the near future:

Anyone can send rocket propellant without restriction via USPS, UPS and Fedex.

It looks like the Girl Scouts in the background have come up with some sort of mind reading device, but the Pres is still more interested in model rockets!
