Default Been a while, but coming back to the hobby.

hey guys. dont know if i ever posted these, but i found some pictures fo my first launch pad made almost....20 years ago, man time flies. Thought i would share them with you. Needless to say...the cows did not last to long.













The two gentlemen are not me. ...but my uncle and my dads good friend. Ill be posting pics of my new launch pad soon.

That's a cool little pad/diorama. What is the base (not the plank) from?

You should make a new one like that and do it as a 50's retro/futuristic space port!

Yes, that is a curious object. What is that black dome thingy? A part from an adjustable vent?

I believe the black base for the launch pad was from one of the smaller Star Wars starter sets Estes made in the late 1990s.

PS: No message from bacasino was deleted. The darn reply merged my answer and one of his previous posts still on the board.

I was wondering where my post went I don't think it's from a Star Wars kit...... I think I remembered Painting it...... when you zoom in you can see its green on the on the inside. Hmmmmmm?

Judging by the first few pics, it's a dairy cow milking carousel who's owner loves John Deere green (too bright for Oliver green).
