Default Anyone remember this 60's design

I am trying to rebuild a rocket from the late 1960's but have only the old trashed rocket(no fins or documentation) to go by. I have no idea what the name was or whether it was a kit or a design of the month. No success searching the old plan databases.

Does anyone recognize this design?

What I do know is it had a fairly large clear plastic fin unit that was difficult to create, it was white with some black bands and vertical stripes on the large tube, US Air Force decals, and pretty sure it was an Estes design. Attached is a picture of the basic build so far.

Thanks in advance for any help locating plans for this thing.

That's the 260 Space Booster, Estes DOM plan #36 that showed up in Model Rocket News Vol 5 No 3 from December 1965. I'll try to attach the plans and patterns here.

Much appreciated Joe, my rebuild was stalled. You must really be into vintage with so much information about this thing.

Thanx again.
