The booster was a burnthrough the sustainer was crumpled and a fin gone, another broken in half.
If you launch rockets, yer gone lose a few.

You did a good job in the build. Aside from the motor issues, it looks like it would have flown well. If you decide to try it again, please post pictures (and maybe even a build log).
