Randy has a pretty slick rocket part production operation at the eRockets facility. He can cut tubes to size, mill balsa parts, and laser cut fins and centering rings of any sort.
That depends on the old FSI parts' condition, which I don't know, never having seen them; some of them may be usable. I've bought old model airplane and model rocket kits whose balsa and hardwood (usually in the form of dowels) parts were in good or restore-able (usually from being dry) condition, despite the kits having been stored in places like hot attics. Such parts can also be useful for bulk-packaged rocket kits intended for schools, where the extra work they need can be a useful lesson in wood restoration & finishing (Shop class and Industrial Arts teachers sometimes consider such flaws to be helpful rather than detrimental).
