The Deuce was my first cluster as well. and my first balsa nose cone. I've never had a problem lighting clusters and I've been doing it for a while now. I think the trick is a 12V system. A car battery lights 'um up real nice.

Yep, the Deuce was my first cluster after returning also. Good choice.

I haven't flown my Deuce yet, but I have flown my Diminutive Deuce several times.

I don't use clip whips any more. I use a wire wrapping tool with 30 gauge wrapping wire to put extentions on the igniters and then just wrap the extentions together.
