Brand new one out near where I went to college, but I haven't been in one since my kids were in grade school. They turned the old one up the street from us into a new Mexican place that I like quite a bit. I had chorizo and eggs there a couple of weeks back that was as good as what I had in Texas years ago.

This is the one time I can actually agree with ghrocketman and since it's non rocketry related I can back him 100%. I of course still love Reubens, but this thread isn't about me it's about ghrocketman.

I believe he should

to prove his point. In fact he should produce a video of this and put it up on You Tube. Just make sure there is an Arby's sign in the back ground and you state why you are doing this.
I'd watch the video, over and over and over again.

I'm not particularly keen on reubens, but I have had the odd one at places that specialize in them. If I was going to get one, it'd have to be at a place that has exceptional dill pickles.

GH, why ya worried about Arby's? Their roast beast is pulled apart and put back together again. That's so wrong I don't know where to start. It's more like some kind of bizarre meat loaf that ya don't know what's in it. If you leave it alone long enough, it'll melt into a goo. If they're touting corned beef—it can't be any better. I shudder to think of it. I wouldn't even use your taste buds in an Arby's. Really.

What franchise is it? Or is this a company owned store? We had Frisch's in Lexington and Louisville. And there had been Shoney's in St. Louis, but by the time we moved there, Shoney's had parted ways with Big Boy and was doing its own thing.

I recall, many years ago, seeing a TV commercial showing something like 50 different Big Boy franchises around the US and Canada. I know they had Bob's Big Boy in California. Can't recall any others right now.

Last fall, our local Arby's announced their new Arby's Anus Sandwich on a large billboard in front of their store. I never tried it because I was not sure if it was on my diet. When I went back by a few days later, the sign announced their newer special, Arby's Angus Sandwich.

Was their first offering actually the Reuben? I guess I will never know.

The Newtown, CT shooter reportedly suffered from Asperger's syndrome. When I first heard that report I thought it was a new hamburger chain.

I can't believe people are debating the validity of a food offering from Arby's. Arby's sucks! Nearly ALL fast food sucks. Even the fast food that doesn't suck sucks.
