Nice catalog and products.
There is one claim in your catalog that is not accurate. "In 1984, NCR basically invented the class of rockets known today as “mid power” rockets." Since U.S. Rockets was manufacturing mid-power since 1980 is simply is not the case. Furthermore it was me that spearheaded NAR adoption of LMR (>453g and 113g and 80 N-s and 80 N), through working with Pat Miller, NAR President. It was U.S. Rockets kits in the Barber Blue Ribbon report on LMR. Jerry cites: http://www.v-serv.com/crp/CRm/10-81/CRm.10-81.04.w.jpg http://www.v-serv.com/crp/CRm/10-81/CRm.10-81.06.w.jpg http://www.v-serv.com/crp/CRm/1-82/CRm.1-82.02.w.jpg http://www.v-serv.com/crp/CRm/4-82/CRm.4-82.22.w.jpg The first cite, a U.S. Rockets Hi-Test 2650 is squarely LMR now being capable of being flown under 125g propellant (and also HPR) and being under 1500g in some configurations but not under 453g in any circumstances. http://v-serv.com/usr/kits/2650.htm |
