The people that run it aren't rocketry people. There Idiots.

The latest fascist uprising at the TRain wreck Forum. Some members were wondering about why so many adds. And most if not all aren't rocketry related. If you need a new bra & panty set from Macys its all good.

A member pointed out that a lot of people are now using add blocking software with their browsers. Which resulted in the next question..............

THATS right the vendors who are being extorted for add money guess what?

People using blocking software don't see any adds from vendors who pay the brain trust admin over there. The wind is picking up at their back in this downward spiral.

Oh and they deleted the thread BTW

From the long-standing sound of things I feel very fortunate. As a BAR I found this forum first. I've never joined or posted at that other place.

Default Agreed, it's turned into an embarrassment

I quit several years ago too. Powderburner has left the building.

The saddest thing about all this is the pending loss of all that posted knowledge when their site finally craters. Micromeister is probably gonna have a coronary.

One of the best things about TRF going away is that all the "hold-my-beer-and-watch-this!!!" bozos over there that constantly race to brag about the next-bigger-letter-motor, or how much fiberglass they plastered on their build, will finally have to shut up while they look for a new home.

Til they migrate here, just like they did when the Terribly Run Forum's database melted down and the website was crashed for a few months a few years ago...

They all migrated over here and generally stunk the place up with their crap, then when the "new" TRF was relaunched, within a couple weeks they all left and then proceeded to badmouth this forum.

Oh well... hope they stay gone...

Later! OL J R

If there's trouble I trust the mods to restore order just like Dusty Rhodes used to whenever the Anderson Brothers rolled into town.

The first Word game that pops up I'm paying GH's way to your house with a tanker full of his favorite excrement.
