Default Who is???

Just wondering....

Who is "More Rockets"?

I've been seeing clones on eBay, packaged with the header card of "More Rockets" and vendor name of "morerockets". The address is listed as Sanbornville, New Hampshire. Whoever it is has 100% feedback and is offering kits like the Estes BSG Viper and Flash Gordon Dragon Ship 7.

I've never heard of them and had completely missed the auctions he's been running.

Isn't the Bull Pup currently in production by Estes? I thought Estes didn't like folks selling clones of kits currently in production. I guess maybe they don't really care about what the small guys are doing.

He/she has also sold vintage and current production kits along with OOP clone kits. The Bullpup is a sealed package Estes kit.

Jim Flis lives up in NH, maybe he can do a recon mission to find out who he/she is.

It looks like to me that More Rockets is selling original Estes kits and saying so on their web page. The Bull Pup is listed as being a Estes rockets, not a More Rocket

I sent an email to them asking about a catalog, will let you know what their response is later.

I have already stated that he has sold legit Estes kits, both current and OOP, along with clones.

As for the web page, do you mean the eBay auction page? I don't see a reference to a More Rockets web page.

In some auctions like the one below the seller is listing the kits as clones. Here is the link.

http://cgi.ebay.com/Starship-Excali...=item2c515b156e

I also see what TBZEP and RD are saying; he's also selling actual Estes kits as well. I wonder if the instructions in the clone kits are the actual Estes instructions. Since the Viper kit isn't designated as a clone I wonder if it's different than the Estes kit with different instructions.

I may have to buy one to find out.

Yeah... I'm reading this, found his web site and was thinking the same thing... I'll see what I can find, and I'll invite him to join the forums too.
