A cute commercial promoting launching rockets with the kids as a happy time in life. :) NO WAY. They are way too close when it launches and their field is just way too small. What of the safety rules? Launched from astroturf on a busy dock crammed with college grads who, like the kid, are not paying attention. I'm sure there is an airport close by. At least it seemed damp so it did not violate a fire ban. OMG, now I am sure it is the end as we know it.

What do you want ? it's Bank of America. the bank with the largest portfolio of fraudulent
foreclosures in the country, they should have never let go employees that had the stink on them. the American Dream oh ya .

Funny, I thought it put model rocketry in a good light, and showed how safe it was because as you all know, even the mockers, that was a totally safe launch, and more should be done over waterways.

Would've been a nice touch if, when the shot had zoomed completely out, they had had the rocket on its parachute drift into the scene...

My thought exactly, then I realized, we model rocketeers are so self-absorbed. :)

What? You mean the commercial *wasn't* all about the family flying the rocket?

Daddyisabar 07-16-2013 01:32 PM

All I saw was the model rocket. As a typical American I have a one track, single issue, instant gratification mind that is completely numb to advertising. My special interest rules and as long as I have my rocket stuff the Bankers can do what ever they want. They know what is best to do with all that capital. God Bless the Federal Reserve, Capitalism and all the cheap kits from China.

Now which of the two Banks left do I choose from? Hummmm. . . was there one that liked rockets? I can't remember, only the subliminal placement will have any chance of resurfacing so I can make and informed choice where to place my hard earned and taxed income.
