That is what you are saying. Your collegues are not on the same page.
The word exempt has a literal meaning like flammable newspaper or hay or something.
Besides I am not seeking opinions on IF it is exempt. It is. I am seeking opinions on whether it is compatible with the 5000 person NAR market. It is not.
