I printed the PNC-55AC nose cone and cap using 4 thickness (0.12mm each) of ABS at 0.2mm layer height and it came out great, see attached picture of the 3D print next to my 40+ year old Cherokee D. The cap fits nicely into the nose cone shoulder and is a perfect fit for gluing and use of a screw eye (I used 6 top layers for the prints). The cone fits nicely into BT-55 tubing, it might need a little tape shimming before flight. I printed the file as is and the outer dimension of the cone measures 1.31 inches as per the caliper I bought from Harbor Freight. I typically increase the size of my prints by 1% to compensate for the shrinkage of ABS plastic but did not do that for these prints.
