I have used ALL of the motors I suggested in my Semroc Saturn 1B.
The E15 and E30 are single use motors. The E18 and E28 are their RMS24 reloadable equivalents. The F24 is a 50n-sec baby "F" which is another 24mm RMS24 reload; there is no single-use equivalent. Think of that one as a full "E" plus an Estes "C" in total impulse.
The F24 Flies a little higher than a cluster of four Estes C motors.
The F32T is a single use motor that is Estes "E" length that one could use with 1" sticking below the mount providing one keeps the CG correct. That should not be a problem as the F32 still weighs less than 4 Estes C engines.
Don't try using the Aerotech F39 RMS24 reload though...it does not come in a suitable delay; the shortest available is the F39-6T, which is too long.
Don't bother trying to fly it on a single Estes D12-3. It may only hit about 125' which in my book is NEVER a safely recoverable altitude. Don't even think about an Estes E9 either. Not enough thrust for stable flight.
The MINIMUM acceptable motor is the D15-4T RMS24 load. Might hit 160-170'

Yes, there is such a thing as NORMAL
, if you have to ask what is "NORMAL" , you probably aren't !

Failure may not be an OPTION, but it is ALWAYS a POSSIBILITY.
ALL systems are GO for MAYHEM, CHAOS, and HAVOC !
