Thank you for posting the Mini-Dactyl plans here! (I *may* have a 100% size cardstock print-out of the Mini-Dactyl's glider parts--I'm going to look for it.) If I recall correctly (from the duplicate laser-cut sheet balsa parts that the original Semroc offered), the Mini-Dactyl gliders' delta wings, canards, and vertical stabilizers were made of 1/16" thick balsa, and their flat sheet balsa fuselages were 3/32" thick (although they might have been 1/16" thick, too--I don't feel as certain about the fuselages' thickness). Regarding the error I get, below is a copy of it (hopefully it will reproduce properly here):
