I would think as long as it weighs under 16oz, 2xC5-3 would be ok.
2 Aerotech full 20 n-sec D10s or D24s would be even better but far more costly.
Don't even think about using lame-o C6-3s.

I would probably lean toward the Aerotech D24s due to blue thunder propellant easily igniting in a cluster. I don't think I would want to attempt 2xD10 as White Lightning has more of a chance of a chuff, which is really lousy in clusters.
