Yeah, I saw that. Pretty amazing. I guess there are always exceptions.
Neal mentioned the kits that were listed by our friend in Palm Beach. His starting prices were fairly close to what I would consider the kits to be worth, but yet only about 25% of them actually sold. Guess the market thinks they are worth less than I do.
