Yes, I would like that , too . . . BUT !
(1) The NAR insurance would NEVER cover that . . . So, landowners will "shy away", without liability coverage.
(2) SOME regulation helps to prevent TOTAL regulation.
(3) It would pose extreme safety risks, potentially.
